Every single presentation to date has made this leadership attribution error (in my opinion). Explain why I think this about YOUR presentation specifically. Cite at least two parts of the Hackman & Wageman article as you come up with an explanation of my assessment. (2-3 paragraphs)

The prof mention in class because most of presenters focus on shining the leader and never consider the team he/she is working with.
