I have learned a lot since attending this program

I have learned a lot since attending this program I have learned a lot since attending this program. The most important aspect that i have learned is to be more disciplined while creating enough allotted time to complete each assignment. This has helped me break down the capstone project by assigning each day to work on a portion of each part of this project. By doing so, it does not feel like an overload on each assignment. New  research  has shed some light on the reason behind this feeling and shows that overloading students causes not only academic stress, but also takes a toll on students’ mental and physical health, which, unsurprisingly, hinders learning (Stenger, 2018). This theory also applies to individuals in the work field. One must break up their duties to allow allotted time to complete portions of their tasks so that they are not trying to complete everything on one day.
